EULA - End User License Agreement

This License Agreement is a legal document,-which is the contract concluded between you, individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User) and the author (right holder) of this program (hereinafter referred to as the Developer).

Before using the program, please get acquainted with the terms of this License Agreement carefully. If the User disagrees with the terms of this License Agreement, he may not use this program. Installation and usage of this program shall mean the Users complete acknowledgement of all terms of this License Agreement.

This License Agreement shall come in force after the moment of acquisition or installation of this program by the User and shall remain in full force and effect for the whole term of using this program. The User may terminate this License Agreement only after they fully uninstall this program or all its parts from their computer and completely finish its usage.

1. Users Rights:

1.1 The User shall be entitled to use this program only on their computer or in their home LAN. In order to use this program outside the home computer or the home LAN, the User must acquire the required amount of single user licenses.
1.2. The User shall be entitled to use this program only in compliance with the terms of this License Agreement.

2. The User may not do the following:

2.1 Copy this program, change its initial code, as well as to distribute it by any means.
2.2 Copy parts of this program, its source code.
2.3 License, patent, rent this program or its parts.
2.4 Use this program contrary to the applicable law of the Russian Federation or the country of the Users location.

3. Authors rights:

3.1 This program is the Developers intellectual property.
3.2 The Developer has the copyright for this program.
3.3 This program is protected by the law of the Russian Federation "On Legal Protection of Computer Programs and Databases" of September 23, 1992.
3.4 In case of copyright violation, the User shall bear responsibility in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.

The Developer does not guarantee that this program contains no errors. It neither guarantees stable operation of this program on the Users computer. The Developer shall bear no responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect damage incurred as a result of using or not using this program, its installation, removal as well as impossibility of installation, starting or removal of this program from the Users computer.
